@dferguson02@SarahRBader You changed from a right answer to wrong. If you understand that the robot is being CRUSHED, the insinuation of some sexually deviant moral message is gone, now isn’t it? Pastors need to speak to the issues of their day, and at times graphically, just as the prophets did.
@dferguson02@SarahRBader Oh hey it’s that famous except from the internet of people who just hate Doug. Tell me, what’s the switch do? What switch is it? To be clear, this is a test. Of whether you should be running your mouth.
@megbasham@farmingandJesus@SarahRBader I'm not a Rando, either. I may not be anyone important in your book, but I've been investigating the abuses of Doug Wilson for a few years now for the safety of the Christian Church. As a journalist, I would think that would be a mission you align with.
@SarahRBader@DefendTheSheep It’s really okay not to defend this. Whatever is pure, whatever is lovely…that is the standard for what we should fix our minds on. Read some of the quotes in the linked post and tell me that you can read or recommend that book for the glory of God and the good of others.
@GreatWhiteHun9@SarahRBader@isaacehalls Evidently she doesn’t understand or like satire. But it can be an effective tool to make a point. But her issue isn’t the book… sigh she just hates Doug. She thinks she is investigating.
@SarahRBader His book about a young man destroying his neighbor's sex robot which happens near the very beginning of the book, and then the ensuing court case in which he has to defend himself against "murder" which is the actual main plot of the book?
@Pastor_Gabe@SarahRBader I read it too, and I concur, Gabe. There were things in the book I didn't like, and I'm not particularly a fan of Doug Wilson, but "robot sex porn" isn't accurate, even if someone is eisegeting her pre-existing hatred for Doug Wilson into the book.
@JohnErikFraker@SarahRBader@patriarchysons@ExaminingMoscow I'd like to congratulate Doug for being the first religious leader to relentlessly climb all the way to national relevance just to be exposed as a complete buffoon and fake on international television and the internet.
Then prove the point by disabling comments on his blog.
@SarahRBader@patriarchysons Not just the unhinged sex robot book but the romance novel and all his other crazy writing are the symptoms of an unhinged mind!
@SarahRBader@ThomLately As someone who knows nothing about this book, can you provide the premise of the book and specific examples of its pornographic intent?
