You would struggle to find another region that comes close..the term Brampton mortgages was coined for due to the dubious nature of those and high delinquencies playing out is proof of it.

WOW “I think you hit a bridge” THE WHOLE ROOF GOT RIPPED RIGHT OFF. Here. In Canada. Less than 10 years ago, this was virtually unheard of. Anyone that does this, should lose their license for at least a year, be investigated, including whoever gave them the training. Any studies needed by the city for damages should be paid by the company & have them fined significantly. This will force compliance across the board. This should not be happening. Ever. Trucking license, compliance and safety needs to be ramped up considerably. This is ridiculous.
