@TheTileApp @Uber What is the point of having a tracker in my wallet if it’s not going to track where my wallet is? I left my wallet in an Uber and I can’t get into contact with the driver, now I can’t track my wallet either. Can someone from either of these companies help?

@TilerSupport Hello, I’ve been using Tile for about a year and really enjoy it. For shared phones, the “Find” feature does not work. It always shows “This phone can not be reached,” and the phones can no longer ring each other through the Tile app.

@TheTileApp My wallet… I used my tile app and it made no noise… took me a long time to find it and it didn’t sound off until AFTER I picked it up. This is not the first time. Need to look at something more reliable.

@TilerSupport This redirects straight to the life360 page - its all very confusing - when I was on the chat they told me to go to tile support in the app, but like this link it goes straight to this. Obviously connected but no one has straight answers. Go to Reddit & check out the confusion

@TilerSupport i used to love this product, but OMG it is so cumbersome now - I have about 6 tiles on my account I want to delete, hiding them makes no sense. I want them completely gone both the tile is dead and I no longer have the device. How can I delete?
