Hey @OctopusEnergy I’m just in the process of getting an EV through you (Salary Sacrifice Co. Car). Going to need some help/advice at some point in correct tariffs once I have it but seeing everyone getting 3p on IOG would that apply when I go live if I took it?

@DMB84 @WestMidRailway Got be heat related not that @networkrail will admit to that. Too many times over last month where this has happened at near enough the same time too but then miraculously fixed by the morning

@iancharris @WestMidRailway It’s more than that. It’s got to be heat related. For me 3rd times and 3 weeks and wife has been last 5 trips over the last 3 weeks

@networkrail How long before you fix the issues at Barnt Green station? For almost a month now there has been issues causing multiple cancellations which have made commuting a nightmare.
