@pharmeasyapp Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the pending refund for my order (Order No. 666779317383933952). The total bill amount was Rs.1092.24. Out of this, I have received only Rs.360.41 as a refund. The remaining balance has still not

been refunded. It has been more than 40 days since the return was processed, and I have not received any update regarding the pending amount. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and process the remaining refund at the earliest.
