I had a great time at the Y this morning. Started with 30 minutes arc trainer, then 30 minutes Precore elliptical, 15 minutes Open Stride elliptical, abdominal workout, 15 minutes steam room, 10 minutes sauna, 10 minutes jacuzzi, and finished with 10 minutes running in the pool.

Yesterday my wife and I worked out at Planet Fitness where I did 30 minutes rowing and 30 minutes weights. Today I ran relaxed in the park for 3.5 miles followed by stretching and abdominal workout. Foot is feeling good! I’m out of running shape but it’s a start.
