@TeamYouTube I am responding to the "Misleading Family Content" allegation on my channel. Analytics data shows that 70.1% to 93.4% of my audience are adults, which can be verified in YouTube Studio. The claim that my content misleads children contradicts this data. All my videos are marked "Not Made for Kids." There is no content containing sexual themes, inappropriate behavior, or encouragement of real-world violence. Reaction videos use fictional material. There is no content targeting children. Even the channel has no violations at all according to the evidence of the youtube studio screenshot that I sent, even it is an official statement on youtube studio that there is no violation. This label appears to be a misclassification—initially it was labeled "Harmful content involving minors" without any explanation. Many creators with similar issues have had their monetization reinstated. I respectfully request a review by a Human Reviewer for a fair evaluation. Hello everyone - I have good news again. My monetization has been restored for the second time after being disabled under the “misleading family content” policy. For context, here’s the timeline of what happened: Feb 3 - monetization disabled Feb 27 - restored after a manual review following my posts here on X Mar 7 - disabled again for the same reason Mar 11 - I submitted an appeal through YouTube Studio explaining the full situation. Mar 14 - today I received confirmation that the appeal was successful and my channel can monetize again. I’m truly grateful to everyone who supported me during this process - the reposts, comments, and messages meant a lot. And I sincerely wish the best of luck to other creators currently working to resolve demonetization issues on their channels. Why was my channel falsely flagged @TeamYouTube as “harmful content involving minors” and "Content related to sexual abuse" Why was my channel punishment so much higher? I respectfully request a manual review of my channel by a human reviewer so this matter can be properly assessed. Additionally, I would like to submit a formal Data Subject Access Request (GDPR) regarding my disabled Google account. Specifically, I would appreciate clarification on which video(s) or content triggered the claims mentioned above. My videos do not violate the YouTube guidelines. A growing number of animation creators also say their YouTube channels are being demonetized or terminated under policies like this. Even though their content doesn’t involve minors at all.
