@SportsmithHQ @JasonAWeber Humans humans humans!! human interaction will always trump interpretation of big data. Data management is important and analysis is meaningful, but coding is not essential. We must be careful with what we sell. Create buy-In through feedback and intent through motivation IMHO!

@HowellsDan Use and have access to modern tech. But still use CMJ/SJ (EUR) to observe acute physical quality and guide immediate prescription.

Question based on curiosity…. The old timers here will know that the squat jump was often used in combination with CMJ to assess EUR It was always outcome based (height from each compared) Now we have tech that looks beneath the hood at how force is produced So, has anyone found correlations in force plate metrics of eccentric focus that help tell us the same and would replace any need to ever compare a SJ:CMJ to assume EUR? I still have people asking about using SJ versus CMJ on a force plate for this reason, and it sounds counterproductive to me
