Support said "have an older model of the webcam that's not compatible with our new firmware" and offered free replacement (yay - e-waste!). It works fine with 0.26 of the non-Composer app, though.

@opalelectronics - Did some research today. I hate tweeting stuff like this. @mkbhd @alexisohanian @Casey and many other investors. This product is way not ok. Totally broken. Support can't answer why things don't work. I think it's over heating. (latest firmware and software) Time to own up to a lemon product, and no questions asked replacements. I have been in dialog with support for months. Can't even get through short business calls. I own two premium, lemons.

@TheNewPhil really bad user experience being forced to create a PayPal account, which I don’t want to do, when trying to subscribe. Please please look into using @stripe or some other payments processor with more options and less user hostility.
