Would one pay as a customer to get instant customer support instead of waiting in a queue to get free service?
@Citibank you might want to pilot this in UAE where the wait time is generally more than 15 minutes.
Rapido used a static OTP i.e. as a user I always get the same 4 digit OTP - it’s one of those small touches that’s just so logical and delightful every time I book but so counter intuitive that I had never thought of it.
What if all social media/content platforms would become search only, without any discovery(timeline) content, would they help reducing the phone addiction?
