@Fair_and_Biased MAGAts have been saying that there are hundreds of acts lined up to take the stage - there's no reason they can't be. Time isn't short and there are tons of "good options" The only problem is finding people that want to lick his balls and his boots and have no problem doing it

The artists who dropped out of the 250th wanted to put Trump in a terrible position, and they did. It would have been far better if they’d never accepted so other acts could have been booked. Now time is short & he’s in a tough spot with no good options- as likely intended.

@goddek Paris hasn't fallen. PSG won the Champions League (soccer) and they are out celebrating. Same thing happens in the US when a NBA or NFL team wins their championship.

@ronmortgageguy Many, MANY 80+ Boomers have the specter of dementia following them. And with that, all plans of staying home till dropping 🪦 go down to 💩 with the caregiving, maintenance, 💊, etc. The house will be sold to cover all that. Heirs will get nothing.

Fly & lodge them if you can. I’m sure others with $ will contribute. There are many singers out there willing and grateful to show their music + represent their State. This can be their chance. Hollywood can suck dirt.

Yep. The number of Black midshipmen at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy plummeted under @PeteButtigieg. The DEI theater distracted leadership and money from basic facility maintenance. Black candidates with strong SATs walked the campus, saw plastic forks, porta-poties, a flooded basement gym and cold showers, and asked the obvious question: why would I take this when I have a stack of full scholarships from real colleges? White candidates showed up anyway, because Kings Point was the only school offering them free tuition. That is the whole story. Performative diversity programs at the top, broken plumbing at the bottom, and the most competitive Black recruits walking straight out the door to schools that actually invested in their campus. DEI did not lift them. It literally chased them off.

@johnkonrad Same thing with Black Officers. Propensity to serve in an all volunteer force is a factor, and any Black man qualified to be a Navy Admiral, has a lot of options. He can do anything, the world is his oyster.

Every guy who’s ever hung upper cabinets just watched this and whispered “where the hell was that tool 10 years ago.” Meanwhile half the comments are acting like it’s cheating instead of realizing construction spent 80 years turning two-man jobs into chiropractor appointments. One laser line, one support arm, and suddenly the install doesn’t involve balancing 90 pounds of cabinet on your forehead while your buddy says “hold on I almost got it.”

Ken Paxton's victory in Texas has, I think, interesting implications for the national political scene. Coming on top of a string of similar events, this is very bad news for anybody who wants to think MAGA is declining in influence or Trump is a spent force. I'm not MAGA - I'm too libertarian and insufficiently populist to fit - so I can analyze this without my wishes interfering with my vision. There have been a lot of very determined attempts to fragment the MAGA base and attempt to drive a wedge between them and the Trumpster. I see this on X and other social media - lots of indignant blithering about Israel and the Iran war that seems very light on substance and very heavy on attempting to fracture the Republican coalition. I don't think it's working. Tonight is evidence that Trump's endorsement matters, and the base is not kindly disposed towards any Republican pol who's perceived as not being on his team. Perform your strategic calculations accordingly.

Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it. Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying. Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence." Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter." Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter. They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created. One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility." Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies. That's the metered intelligence business model. And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.

I never would have known this unless I married a big tiddy goth girl. As we have gone along, I have passively observed the visceral hate that comes over women's faces as though demonically possessed as she is beep-bopping along, minding her own business. We once had a lady from our church show up uninvited and COMMAND my wife to somehow hide her rack because "she is leading all the men and boys to hell". I heard her out and then told her to get out of my house or I would fold her in half and throw her off our back deck. She was shocked at how rude I was in the face of her modest proposal.

No Vaticano. Diante do mundo.
