I agree. But Miami needs to invest in the most advanced and cost effective mass transit that is possible. And the best solution on the horizon, hands down, is @swyftcities. Born out of Google’s Project Swyft, with contracts in development around the country and the world. Modular networks of autonomous smart vehicles that bypass the traffic and obstacles on the ground. $20-25m a mile is cheap compared to existing mass transit. Can move over 2,500 people per hour each line, each way. Can be built fast. More accurately installed in cities. Start with a pilot and watch the network grow. It is like Legos. I’m working on bringing it to Miami-Dade. DM’s are open to people that want to help!

Miami urgently needs to invest in mass transit if they’re serious about becoming the next great metropolis in the country. But that clashes with the people who actually run the city because they own the political system: the big car dealers and the developers who build the infrastructure for those cars.

Home builders are ALREADY buying rates down to sub 5 or 4% rates
And they are seeing sales slow massively
When people do not have incomes to afford the prices being asked, when they don't have job security or financial security, when they think the world is in chaos, they don't buy homes

Cape Coral is unquestionably the worst designed city in the US:
-Miles of canals that destroy connectivity
-Short trips require mile-long detours
-No walkability, no transit, 100% car dependent
-No real downtown, just strip malls
-Privatized waterfronts with no public access

$PLTR is probably the most overvalued company in the market now.
Then again, they are probably also one of the most important and relevant companies in the world, without any real competition.
The odd duck Karp is still absolutely crushing it.
Lesson for me: don't ever sell my full position in a company that's revolutionary, one-of-a-kind and on an absolute tear.
I had a great run-up from 7$ to $70, but then closed my full position because of ''overvaluation''.
Thoughts? Still Overvalued or only getting started?
