@_chris_8686 @doctorcol @Iromg @SonyUK @currys Had a free 5 or 6 year warranty with ours & it went wrong just before it ran out thankfully. They couldn’t repair it. So had a new tv and a new 5or 6 year warranty with it. Can’t fault Richer Sounds.

When you pay £1400 for a Sony Bravia TV you don’t expect it to stop working after two years. You would also think that @SonyUK would fix it for free. But they want us to pay for their shoddy goods. Unfortunately @currys aren’t any better. Customer service shambles all round. We shan’t be buying from them EVER again.
