@HouseofSats Less than I usually do. I do daily ruck walks at home, I have been for 2 years. I usually get about 15-17k steps. I was around 12k during the trip.

I do not hate Muslims.
I think plenty of Muslims are just people that were culturally conditioned into Islam and would change if they had the opportunity.
I DO, however, hate Islam. I think it's evil and it hurt Muslims even more than it hurts non Muslims.
