1. I don’t often tweet about my personal life, but on 1st November, my mum Jane was hit by a large vehicle as a pedestrian in St. Louis, USA. She suffered a severe brain injury & remains in a coma in hospital. Here's Jane & me in happier times.

I'm tired of the negativity around FC25. It's draining, instead, I want to start focusing more on the positives. Either within the game or some of the stuff I'm putting together as an esports team. To kick start this, I thought I'd share some of my plans for the rest of the FC25 cycle (outside of any NDAs of course 👀😁) This is more for me to look back on in 12 months to see how much got done 🤝 1️⃣ Run regular FC25 tournaments to support the pro scene (first ones tomorrow, check pinned if you haven't seen it) 2️⃣ Find our next SAF creator. We've had a few change ups in the team. We are looking at running an event to find our next up and coming content creator. More on this soon 3️⃣ Charity Football Match. I've been fortunate enough to help organise some of the largest matches in the last few things. This year, we've already secured a potential stadium and funding for it already. I want to add a twist this year and want to not only involve some of the largest creators, but also offer up a couple of spaces to followers/fans 4️⃣ I want to work with more colleges and their esports courses. Talking to students about the realities of running a team. What it looks like on a daily basis and offering advice. We may look to expand this to offer work experience to students 5️⃣ Attend another international esports event (Sweden) 6️⃣ Sign a creator or pro player outside of the FC franchise (Football Manager?)

@ThisIsHaden I went an older build. Sure it has its drawbacks, but none of which are poor build quality. Just age related maintenance. Roof and render are big ones to look for when getting an older house.

So... i'm looking at "relatively new/new build" houses currently as an option... does anyone have experiences of them? who to avoid? etc
