@DanTroof @GoodwinMJ Cutting “red tape” often means weaker worker protections—less job security, weaker bargaining power, and downward pressure on wages over time. At the same time, the NHS already depends heavily on migrant staff. Restricting that pipeline doesn’t fix the system.
