I make a reservation on @bookingcom for Ibis Gatwick Airport @All and within 1 day I am receiving spam WhatsApp messages from India. They have all my personal details. Asking me to follow links, or my booking will be cancelled. There seems to be a serious breach of security here.

Even though they have lots of seats, where we could be sat together. We are even happy to arrive back in the UK an hour later. They say ‘UK’ has said no changes are allowed. No it’s no buts.

@jet2tweets Our plane has been replaced by 2 smaller planes. Therefore all seats reallocated. Family of 4 now sat in 3 different locations. No adult sat with the children. The second plane only has 80 people on we are told. Terminal staff refusing to allow us to change planes.
