@British_Airways So, @DNATA agent says not possible, though they were ready to tell call centre they could see me in front of them BA-who are supposed to help me-would not tell how to do, talk to the agent for confirmation, or listen when I repeated that the gate agent said she did not have a way

@readycat Check-in has a deadline and we're sorry they were unable to do this. The airport team would have been able to make a note in the booking. Have they advised you that you'll need to make a new booking? JulieR

@British_Airways Huge fail this afternoon. Your DNATA agents wouldn't help me when I was 3 min late for checkin (website and app not working). Even though I was in front of them, they marked me no show, canceling almost 3k worth of flights, including business class return #Silver
