@mario4thenorth @KirkLubimov Just make sure you work your way up to taking 20 grams. I know guys who had the the affect of shitting through the head of needle at 50 paces. So start at 5 and go up. So you can see what yoir body tolerates. But 20 should be a good threshold.

I’m taking 15-20 grams a day. Strength went up. More muscle mass (hard to do at this age). Rotator cuff tears healing faster. Mentally feel amazing: more alert/energy/sharper. Definitely do 15-20g. Been working out for 30 years. Wish I did it earlier. My Kids taking it now (5-7g)

After a 20 year break, I started taking creatine again. Back then, recommendations for a dose were 5g, but now some interesting research on needing and the impact of a bigger dose - 20g. Anyone else takes creatine? What dose and what benefits do you see?

The shooting that took place at the U.S. consulate early this morning is an absolutely unacceptable act of violence and intimidation aimed at our American friends and neighbours. I’m glad to see that the Toronto Police are investigating and I expect that police at all levels will bring every resource to bear to find the people who did this. Everyone at all levels of government and across Canada needs to make clear that there is zero tolerance for this sort of intimidating and dangerous behaviour, and that we will do whatever it takes to prosecute and punish the people responsible to the fullest extent of the law.
