We recently wrote to the @USCIS urging them to improve the I-485 processing times. We are glad they are now taking steps in addressing this issue. This is action that cannot wait if available visa numbers are to be used before the end of the fiscal year. @AILANational

Per-country cap is already flexible! Populated countries such as India are getting lager shares of the EB-GCs. It goes without saying "the current system is fair", a fair distribution of the GCs among nations! @supallofus @RepZoeLofgren #stophr3648 #devilact

@talk_to_raj As we have demonstrated the 7% is not the cause. The issue is lack of enough GCs. Without enough GCs no change will alleviate the problem. Take a look at our material on Biden bill that adds enough GCs to clear the backlog.
