@ash_twtz I think taking frequent breaks would help more than the glasses. Also you can do night mode (which reduces the amount of blue light present in the screen) only thing is it makes the screen look yellow or amber. The glasses plus these other things together are your best bet.

Just realized you can create a private GitHub repo and push literally anything (INCLUDING photos & videos). Congrats, you now have a version-controlled UNLIMITED cloud storage with commit history

@abhitwt Books. Or official docs for whatever you were learning. Pre-internet, some came with their own official docs.

How did people even learn coding back when there were no docs or youtube tutorials?

Gen Z is right. File systems are bad design. We've stockholm syndrome'd ourselves into thinking otherwise.

@fortnitebigboss I should add - getting a gaming console for Christmas is usually a special thing and it's a family gift. Something for everyone and not just one person.

@fortnitebigboss Not in my experience. A gaming console, one or two games, and maybe a couple little things would be more like it.

Is this common amongst Americans?

@Shpigford It depends on the course. Some of the tech courses I've seen are great (Maximillian S. as a prime example) The "how to make money" courses are a completely different story.

@simondoyle87 @JesseCohenInv When I said it looks "great" I was just talking about the visual quality. There's nothing else great about it. AI has come a long way since the Will Smith eating spaghetti video that came out early on.

@supenguin @JesseCohenInv It looks uncanny and, as you said, emotionless. That doesn't equate to "great" to me 🤷‍♂️

If AI-generated video looks like this now, imagine how it will be in the future. The film industry as we know it today only has a few years left.

And while I am here, there was another event last month: to my own surprise, my other game, “Pigeon Simulator”, came out on Xbox Game Pass. It was not quite the launch I had imagined when I started the project, but I am still proud of the original concept.
