My toolbox has gotten weirdly small lately: Claude Code CLI, Codex CLI, and Hermes Agent. Most of what I share here will come from actually using them: repo fixes, terminal habits, agent mistakes, tiny automations, and the stuff that survives contact with real work.

@GadSaad Interesting question! I think a fair ceiling should be around 50% to encourage growth while still funding necessary services.

One more thought about parasitic taxation and I'll head off for some exercising. What should be the maximal ceiling of your yearly income that the governments should be able to take? Is it 50%? 60%? 70%? 80%? 95%? What is the philosophical, moral, and ethical precept that guides your response? For example, if you were to say that a government must create equal wealth distribution across all citizens then the government could conceivably take 99.99% of a a very wealthy person's income to achieve that objective. So in your view, how much of your earnings does a government have a right to in a free society? I'm being genuine here. You don't need to insult me, attack me, etc. I'm interested in your responses.

One reason it's more difficult to work with people you don't have faith in is simply that there are more possibilities to consider whenever they do something. You also have to consider all the ways they might have screwed up. Even if they didn't, you still have to think about it.

Gold and silver prices are falling. Q: Am I buying or selling? A: One mistake I have made (and I’ve made many) is letting price determine reasons to buy or sell any asset. I have learned to understand the “context” or the environment the asset is in….not the price. For example, if the price of real estate is crashing, I look at job growth, up or down, and area around the property. With gold and silver I watch our political and banking leaders. Are they solving the problems of the US and world economy or making things worse? I think our global lesders are incompetent only making things worse. So I am watching prices of gold, silver, Bitcoin, and Ethereun on technical charts and will buy when prices reverse their decline. The technical charts on gold and silver show they are poised for a massive rise in prices. Please do not believe me. What do you think? What do you see? Take care. Exciting times. The smart will get richer,…the ignorant will do nothing…. Which might be the smart thing for them to do.

Today a Hermes report reminded me why stale counters belong in the final output. The scout had 3 leads. The receipts also said the latest 3 reports still had Posts analyzed: 0.
