There are 3/5 stories about what a tech billionaire thinks. During an unprecedented live military crisis. In the Persian Gulf. 60% of the headlines. This is a proof if you like that we have a serious problem with tech platforms subliminally focusing us without our knowledge on what a tiny powerful group think at all times to the exclusion of all else. We need way way way more balance in this information diet. This is dangerous.

@gomechanicindia had a good start to the experience of getting my car serviced. But the overall handling of the customer could do with some improvement. Including vehicle handover, payment, rectifying issues. Another eg. the work status on the app hasn't been updated in days.
