My wife scored me the Jordan 1 Lost amd Founds on the #snkrs app for Christmas! Except @Nike has since LOST them! Its a miracle to even win Jordans anymore and now Nike loses them? Time to maybe move on from #Jordans and #nike heard similar stories too

@lufthansa @Lufthansa_USA and @Expedia @ExpediaHelp really need to improve communication. Our flight was canceled, both parties confirmed we are due a refund but neither takes responsibility? Sure would love some better customer service than being hung up on (Lufthansa).

I recommend avoiding using agencies like Expedia. They make everything more difficult and current technology makes booking your own trips very easy anyways. I don't see the value anymore.

Update: @Expedia just keeps sending us to the airline which has clearly stated policies of only working with agencies for bookings. We are out thousands of dollars and Expedia won't refund us. Somehow the airlines and Expedia have made money here and we are out thousands.
