BTW as I told a handful of people, I will not be attending any more cons outside of defcon. Time to travel more and see those smiling faces when we're not working/volunteering.

So far not sick. So far no con drop. Still feeling quite invigorated in fact. Recharged again from another great summercamp week. Also my toenails are red again and that makes me happy.

#Defcon as you go home, please remember to take the hacker ethos with you. Look out for those who are overlooked, forgotten, mistreated. It's not about your name, your gender, your color or your income. It's about sharing information, doing cool shit, and taking care of each other. Taking care of others is never easy, but it's always worth it. Trust me.

@MugwumpJones I'm trying a new trick this year: planned downtime wednesday between bsideslv and defcon - aka switching hotels and not committing to anything else all day and hope to get in a nap or two.

Most of you have made @defcon & the hacker culture your own, bending it to your perspective. That's not bad. But I'm asking you to find some of the OG hackers who helped build this community. Talk to them in Vegas. Find out where it came from. Why did we create what we created?

Just under 2 weeks till I hit the road to hackersummercamp and I really can't wait. I'm mostly packed, have just a few errands to run, and can't wait to see everyone again. Probably not going to be on the socials much again till after I'm back.

@oota @MugwumpJones I was thinking of seeing this in our local imax before con, but considering the 16th is after con, I guess I can wait to see it.
