Ngl nobody has time to grind in an RPG like we did when we were children.
Some of us are in college/University, work full time jobs, and have families with children of our own.
I like to think Atlus considers that pretty often when making these remakes. And as an added bonus, the youth don’t have to grind nearly as hard as we did on the PS2 so their experience becomes more enjoyable as a result.
It’s not like Merciless won’t kick their asses lol

People are dogpiling on Nam now. What people don't understand is that the grind *is* the difficulty in the OG P3 & P4. They're making an easy game even easier. Any RPG can be easy if you just grind enough. The problem is that the Remakes make you OP without having to do any.
