Don’t buy a Landmine for your home gym. Instead, take a $.99 tennis ball, cut an X in it, and stick it on the end of the sleeve. The Landmine is one of the biggest bang for the buck pieces of equipment everyone could benefit from using.

Unpopular opinion: The obsession with synthetic compounds for "top performers" is a distraction from mediocre lifestyle choices. I’m 39, 30% travel, work 70hrs a week, handful of supplements, ate an entire large pizza by myself last night, enjoy a glass of wine, avg 6.5-7.5 hrs of sleep, high cortisol, and still outwork the "optimized" crowd. Don't trade your biological potential for a pill. Build habits and a body that can handle the fun stuff.

@CoachDanGo Nothing is worth missed sleep. Not your late night live sports games, late night Netflix, doomscrolling. Your health needs regular sleeping hours. Getting a break from kids is not a reason, just an excuse.

@CoachDanGo You can get away with poor sleep and drinking well into your 30’s. It will absolutely catch up to you in your 40’s, make a plan to fix your sleep and cut the alcohol to a minimum by 40.
