I'm gonna be real here. If you can't solve this in your head without pen and paper in less than a minute, you shouldn't be allowed to vote. Universal suffrage has caused the modern world to be ruled by endless ignorant high time preference midwits who can't think themselves outside of a simple problem. There needs to be some basic standards when it comes to voter competency. If a basic IQ test is too much, then a simple civics test would do as well. Or else at this rate the west is going to collapse from endless entitlement spending and stupid policies that have gutted the core foundations.
