complaint against croma ,Bhiwadi where purchased a kitchen Hob of croma make having displayed guarantee of 5 years and was asked to take extended warranty for next 2 years but now the cook top glass got shattered all of a sudden when it was not in use but no help

Extremely poor service from @cromaretail Brand New AC didn’t work. Complaint filed Apr 23, still unresolved even after multiple follow ups. Very disappointing. @_WiseRoy_ extremely poor customer service. We have to rethink before making any purchase! Sad

Delivered a defective washing machine from day one and now ignoring repeated escalation mails for almost a month. Two separate “72-hour” promises missed. No technician visit, no proper response, no resolution.

@cromaretail @HP @HPSupport @HPIndia @HPdeals i buy a laptop croma give me a defective product. And tell me clean with wet clothes it will clear. Otherwise they replace the product. Next day morning i tell them they refused to replace. And denied all the communication.

However, I have also purchased Croma Extended Warranty. If customers must repeatedly follow up for updates and resolution, it raises serious concerns about the service experience one can expect under the warranty program.
