@AlexKleeman You do realize that technology has changed, right? Then, when you say "LLMs", just what are you talking about? Current ones? Past ones? Their full potential? Or what they're currently allowed to do? Because right now, "LLMs" are vastly underutilized, intentionally.

LLMs have been around for decades, I was in cog sci and nobody thought they were a pathway to general intelligence. The fact that they are being passed off as that right now is straightforward fraud.

i’ve immediately noticed that usage limits have improved after the openclaw ban it’s almost like, if you can allocate more compute to chat or claude code demands, the vast majority of users will have a better experience

In reality, Anthropic’s absolutely idiotic decision to paywall openclaw out of most people’s hands will give way to the other providers to optimize for ultra low cost agentic tokens that give you 95-99% of Claude’s capabilities. Long term, this means Anthropic is not only toast, but can very easily be seen as the most evil AI company, because their pricing behavior blocks most people out of AGI, only reserving it for the elite - which will cause an acceleration in the wealth gap. Thank God for competition, because Anthropic is about as morally corrupt as they get. They talk a good game, but their actions are the exact opposite. Misanthropic indeed.

@DaveShapi Well yeah. That's a basic task and it's going to handle that fairly easily. Instead of a novel, engage in introspective discourse with Claude, about whatever, and see how long you can do that before it starts to hallucinate or exaggerate. Make Claude actually think. Critically.

@Defected_Saint I dunno I just did a side by side comparison of two novels with no issues. It did miss some small details but there was no hallucination

Ngl but I think Claude definitely has the best ability to actually use the 1M token window.
