@ScottAppliedSci I’d argue that’s all one and the same really. The GLP-1s have revealed that psychological experience of appetite and the urge to overeat/binge has a clear physiological basis and the psychs have (imho) over emphasised the emotional side per se.

@SS_strength I deadlift, but I don’t think it’s in any way essential for the development of an excellent level of strength or an impressive physique. That Starting Strength programs 1 set of DL per week says something about its high fatigue costs.
