@OnKnockers Flight #1223 on May 29 was delayed because we had some unexpected maintenance on the aircraft and had to swap with another aircraft. We had to wait for the new aircraft to come in from LAS. This caused Flight #1224 to be delayed.

I think it’s awesome that LAX can delay your flight for three hours to 2am and then if you don’t get there before 12:30am you will be denied access to security clearance so you’ll just miss your flight entirely even though you’re there 90 mins before your flight.

My family is grieving the death of my brother right now , so i cancelled my @JetBlue flight . I requested a refund under the bereavement provision and the only thing they keep asking for is a death certificate that’s not available for 4-8 weeks. Like let’s have some decency here

The fact that I was bullied by two @JetBlue flight attendants on my flight on May 11th and nothing was done is disgraceful JetBlue has become one of the worst airlines I sent an email and not an apology was sent nothing all they sent was the email below. This is disgraceful

@JetBlue takes in about $100 mill from unused tickets & unused travel credits. Shouldn’t money your customers have already paid be returned to us rather than padding your bottom line? My credit expired 30 days ago. It’s a penalty for not using something we already paid for.

We get told we have to return to the gate so maintenance can inspect the parking brake. How does something that critical not get checked BEFORE boarding and pushback? Especially when the aircraft had reportedly already been sitting in Boston since the morning AM.
