@Delta since when does “landed” mean stranded on the tarmac. After 1+ hr delay from late arriving plane we’ve been on the tarmac in Boston for 30+ minutes. Please make this make sense. #help #CustomerServiceFail

@Marriott is it common practice to defraud members? I’ve been trying over a month to get points redeposited from a canceled visit. Support keeps directing to the hotel and the hotel says they have zero jurisdiction with point refunds. support = 🦗. feels like fraud #help

@united tried talking to customer support about connection saver and am being told short connects are an “airport issue” current delayed because of lost bags and have short connection in Denver with no takeoff eta. Can you #help.

@united please fix your app I spent 25 minutes waiting for a bag when it was in a completely different location. This is incredibly frustrating when time is precious (for reasons I cannot discuss in public). I had team members assure me I was in the right location as well #help

@united were you actually going to tell customers that the LAX-Brisbane flight was cancelled and not just a “scheduling change”? Calls to multiple reps to get an answer. Now trapped with a layover wishing we stuck with @Qantas. Communication lacking #help
