Hi. Over the last 24 hours we had three separate small incidents that affected Codex reliability. Those are three too many and we are taking active steps for them to not reproduce.
I have reset usage limits for Codex across all paid plans. May the tokens flow again.

We found and fixed two issues that could explain this degradation of the capability of GPT-5.5 in Codex over the last ~ 48 hours. We are monitoring over the coming hours to fully confirm and I will reset usage limits this evening. Apologies and now is the time for /fast maxxing.

Yeah there are certain questions about the patient lead that if you collect - big no no. Example asking specific diagnosis or what they’ve tried in the past, etc. those we have to embed HIPAA forms that our tool doesn’t touch. When we get the cash to spend on it (very soon) I’ll end up using Vanta/Comp AI/Drata.

@JonCameron_ @hthieblot Well you’re doing great so far for not having to handle patient or internal caregiver data. SOC2 is going to be about $10k minimum. Whatever you do now to cover all your bases will really pay off when you get to compliance. Keep up the great work.
