@LarkDavis The whole industry doesn't revolve around these ATMs. It's more gimmicky than practical. Everyone I know in crypto uses an exchange and mobile wallet. These ATMs are mostly used by scammers to steal money from naive people.

For example, it is easier to travel with $100,000 of Bitcoin than the same amount in gold. Also much easier to send BTC anywhere. We are still very early in adoption and not many places will take it but they do exist.

It rises in value because of supply and demand, while dollars devalue due to printing. If holding keys to a wallet, absolutely nobody can take it from you. You are essentially your own bank.

Mark Carney is seizing a costly Liberal majority that voters denied him, and doing so through backroom deals. In January, MP Gladu said that floor crossers should face voters in a byelection to give voters the final say. I could not agree more. She should do so. The people in her community voted for our Conservative vision of a Canada that is affordable, safe, and strong at home, not for the costly Liberal government she has now joined. She should honour her word and let voters decide.
