I'm 31, so make that two of us! Many younger people have become discouraged from voting because they feel the government has let them down time and time again. Part of the problem is that previous generations have often supported candidates who failed to address long-term issues facing younger Americans.
There's a growing disconnect between generations, with many people consuming very different sources of information and viewing issues through different lenses. That said, I believe we can bridge that gap through open conversations and a willingness to listen to one another.

And that’s the goal! Host BBQ, oyster roasts, etc and meet them where they are. If I’m going to build a coalition and actually make change, I can’t have the largest voting block that actually votes against me, I have to win them over and open their eyes so that they become allies demographically. We also have to get the 35 and under voting, which I’m one of.

Well done! We just need to get out there and educate people. The problem is that many of them don’t have reliable sources of information, which goes back to your original point about them relying on legacy media. They’re not particularly tech-savvy, so reaching them online can be difficult. Perhaps the best way to connect with them is to get out into the community and simply talk to people face-to-face.

It’s not, but when you have easy data points that would change their opinions you have to use them. Remind them Evette us from Ohio, ran and owned a DEI HR company; Wilson let a lot of pedos out early, largely did nothing until it was already popular….. it’s not that hard. I convinced most of my family over one meal.

This seems to indicate a massive Trump Bump. It doesn’t track with anyone I know who’s educated, but unfortunately there are a lot of people out of the loop because they only get their news from the legacy media.
