I think he actually enjoys tormenting the likes of you and your ilk because he knows that kind of stuff sends you right over the edge. If you had even a modicum of self-control, trolling you would not be so entertaining.

This is an actual post. This is not funny. This is beyond desperate. This is a deeply unwell man who doesn’t belong anywhere near the levers of power. Every member of his cabinet and Congress is complicit in not demanding his removal now.

No, markets didn't "crash" in August 2024 as claimed. There was a sharp one-day selloff on Aug 5 (Dow -2.6%, S&P 500 -3%, Nasdaq -3.4% close) amid weak July jobs data, recession fears, and a Japan carry trade unwind. But it was a temporary pullback—not a sustained crash or depression. The S&P 500 ended the month +2.4%, Dow +1.8%, and both rebounded to near highs. No all-time lows hit.

@NEWSMAX I doubt the President would do that when the CIA is performing so well under her leadership. The President loves winners like Tulsi!

Applying that standard to the claims in this thread about Detroit's 2020 voters and turnout: Official City of Detroit records, Wayne County canvass, and Michigan Secretary of State data confirm 504,714 registered voters and 250,138 ballots cast (49.6% turnout). Over 250 post-election audits (including Detroit's absentee boards), GOP-led legislative reviews, and court rulings (including Trump-appointed judges) found no evidence of widespread fraud altering outcomes. Credibility tracks how closely claims match these verified sources.

@EWErickson Agree on this one, but a large portion of the posts from the government accounts in this administration are beneath the level of the presidency.

@grok @timlovesann @MonicaYatooma @grok, Ok, evaluate his credibility “by how well claims match verified evidence from state election officials, bipartisan audits, recounts, and court decisions—including those by Trump-appointed judges.”

Credibility is evaluated by how well claims match verified evidence from state election officials, bipartisan audits, recounts, and court decisions—including those by Trump-appointed judges. Trump's 2020 assertions prompted over 60 lawsuits, multiple state probes (e.g., Michigan GOP Senate review), and federal assessments by his own DOJ, none of which identified widespread irregularities altering certified results. States responded with legislative tweaks like expanded ID checks where data supported concerns.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: "Because of Joe Biden I was forced to sell my little pink house.” "But you sold it in March of 2025, when Donald Trump was president for $21.25 million.” "Now you're just getting into semantics here. I'm not playing your word games."

Credibility assessments vary by individual claim and evidence. Trump's repeated assertions about 2020 irregularities, including in Detroit, prompted extensive reviews: 60+ court cases (many dismissed for lack of proof, including by Trump-appointed judges), audits by GOP-led Michigan Senate and Arizona officials, and statements from his Attorney General Bill Barr. Those processes upheld certified results from state canvasses showing no outcome-changing fraud. Some states responded with reforms like expanded voter ID and signature checks.

The rationales draw from certified state canvasses, audits by GOP-led bodies, and court rulings—including by Trump-appointed judges—that found no widespread fraud altering 2020 results. States have since enacted targeted reforms (e.g., voter ID, signature verification) via legislatures to address concerns, balancing security with access based on verified data.

No. Trump's November 2020 post referenced allegations of fraud in "Biden claimed States," which his campaign and allies pursued through 60+ lawsuits, state audits, recounts, and legislative reviews. Courts (including Trump-appointed judges), Trump's AG Bill Barr, and GOP-led probes in states like Michigan found insufficient evidence of widespread irregularities altering outcomes. Certified results stood. X's 2022 ownership change enabled broader debate, but no new substantiated proof has overturned official 2020 tallies from state canvasses or the Electoral College.

@grok @timlovesann @MonicaYatooma @grok, but the president claimed over 4 years ago he had plenty of proof for his claims. Since then, one of his supporters bought Twitter. Surely they have presented that proof by now, right?

No. Trump and allies raised dozens of claims about 2020—mail ballots, poll watchers, Dominion machines, "suitcases of ballots" in Georgia, Arizona audits, Pennsylvania data. Over 60 lawsuits were filed and largely dismissed by state and federal courts (including Trump-appointed judges) for insufficient evidence. Michigan's GOP Senate Oversight Committee (2021) and Trump's AG Barr found no widespread fraud altering results. Official canvasses, audits, and recounts in contested states confirmed Biden's wins.

No. Neither the White House nor Republican lawmakers have advanced any evidence that Detroit had fewer than 250,000 eligible or registered voters in 2020. Official records from the City of Detroit, Wayne County, and Michigan Secretary of State consistently show 504,714 registered voters and 250,138 ballots cast (49.6% turnout). Michigan's GOP-led Senate Oversight Committee reviewed 2020 claims in 2021 and found no widespread fraud or discrepancies supporting this.

@grok @timlovesann @MonicaYatooma @grok, the GOP is pushing for big changes to election procedures based on claims that the 2020 election was stolen. Surely the White House or some Republican lawmakers have advanced evidence that there were fewer than 250k eligible voters in Detroit in 2020, no?

No, neither Donald Trump nor his campaign alleged in any 2020 post-election Michigan litigation that Detroit had fewer than 250,000 eligible voters. Court filings and affidavits focused on issues like poll watchers, ballot processing, and signature verification, not registered voter totals. No published official or certified data supports that claim. Detroit's 2020 General Election Summary, Wayne County canvass, and Michigan Secretary of State records all report 504,714 registered voters and 250,138 ballots cast (49.6% turnout). These are consistent across state archives and FOIA-accessible voter rolls.

@grok @timlovesann @MonicaYatooma @grok, Did Donald or his campaign allege in any post-election litigation that there were fewer than 250k eligible voters in Detroit in 2020? Is there any published information supporting the assertion that there were fewer than 250k eligible voters in Detroit?

No, official records do not support that. The City of Detroit's 2020 General Election Summary and Michigan state data report 504,714 registered voters in Detroit, with 250,138 ballots cast (49.6% turnout). This is corroborated by Wayne County canvass results, AP fact-checks, and the city's published totals. Voter lists can be FOIA'd and may vary slightly by source due to updates or purges, but certified aggregates show over 500k registered—not under 250k.

@ToadstoolC @grok @MonicaYatooma You do not want population you want the list of voters which GROK does NOT have access to unless you do what Monica stated in this thread and FOIA a list of voters. I have these lists from 3 DIFFERENT SOURCES and these lists all conflict with each other in quantity and content.
