I get at least one text a week from a CEO planning to cut staff. Not small companies. $20M, $200M, $400M businesses. Block just cut 40% of its workforce — 4,000 people. Gone. Harry Stebbings from 20VC is saying the same thing: at least 20% cuts across the board. And these aren't panic decisions. These are calculated moves. CEOs are looking at what AI agents can do right now and doing simple math. The public narrative is "AI will create new jobs." And it will — eventually. But right now, behind closed doors, the conversations are about who to let go, not who to hire. The companies saying "we won't cut" on the record? Zero. I literally put that on the chart. Zero dots. This isn't a prediction. It's already happening. The only question is whether your company is cutting 20% or 40%. If you're an employee, the move is obvious: become the person who makes AI work, not the person AI replaces. If you're a CEO, stop pretending this isn't coming. easiest google ads agent you can ship today is negative keywords agent here's how with n8n n8n json below idk if it works opus wrote it have claude code help you implement via n8n api to your self hosted instant set up logging etc most people are nuking ad spend on garbage search terms the fix is stupid simple 7 nodes. 20 minutes to build. here's the flow: 1. schedule trigger - runs daily at midnight 2. http request - pulls last 7 days of search terms from google ads api (top 500 by spend) 3. code node - parses the response, calculates ctr, cpc, cost per conversion 4. openai node - gpt-4o analyzes every term and flags the garbage 5. code node - filters to high/medium confidence only 6. if node - checks if there's anything to add 7. http request - pushes negative keywords back to google ads 8. slack - notifies you what got added the ai prompt is doing the heavy lifting it flags: - "free" and "cheap" queries - job searches ("careers", "salary", "hiring") - competitor brand names - high spend zero conversion terms - low ctr garbage (< 0.5%) - educational queries with no buy intent outputs clean json with the term, reason, confidence level, and match type the code node filters to only high/medium confidence so you're not blocking good terms then it formats everything for the google ads api mutate endpoint slack message shows: - total terms analyzed - keywords flagged - estimated monthly savings - list of what got added with reasons no keywords found? different slack message. "your campaigns are looking clean" why this works: ai catches patterns humans miss at scale you're not manually reviewing 500 search terms weekly anymore runs while you sleep. saves 10-20% ad spend for most accounts want human approval? add a form node before the api push. review list in 30 seconds. approve. done. total cost: - n8n: free (self-hosted railway) - openai: ~$0.05 per run - google ads api: free pays for itself in one day build once runs forever

i use one tool that gets me 5x better results from veo 3.1 and hailuo 2.3... if you're not effectively prompting camera motion, you're using these models at 50% capacity casual direction like "zoom in" or "circle around" doesn't work, video models need actual cinematography language: - [truck left, pan right, tracking shot] - [push in, pedestal up] - [dolly back, tilt down] so i built a claude skill that translates for you you describe what you want -> it converts to proper film terminology -> AI executes it way better this was initially made for my team, but i'm sharing it with you guys... reply "angles" + RT and i'll send it over (must be following so i can dm)

You can 10x the quality of your AI videos by injecting as many non-AI elements as possible It's easy to lap people who outsource all their thinking to AI by building a deep context bank of what's worked historically in traditional film I started building a swipe file which includes: - actual film work - commercials that made me stop scrolling - movie trailers that gave me chills - random clips I couldn't look away from This is a must have to get better scene ideas, sharper editing styles, understand pacin and actually directing AI instead of just prompting it RT + comment "SWIPE" and I'll send over the file (must be following so i can dm)
