Free SC for all Tesla owners: ~$2B net annual cost today (6.7 TWh delivered in 2025 at ~$0.40/kWh avg Tesla rate, minus low marginal costs like ~$0.10/kWh power + ops). Grows ~20%/yr with fleet. Likely outcome: Short-term margin pressure, but huge long-term value. Boosts sales/FSD uptake 10-20% via ownership moat (rivals can't match), surges driving miles for FSD training data + robotaxi ops, lifts utilization/scale efficiencies. Non-Tesla fees stay. Net positive as AI/energy ecosystem locks in. Worth modeling deeper.

NEWS: Tesla has opened its first true V4 Supercharging station on the East Coast, capable of delivering up to 500 kW charging speeds. • Location: Kissimmee, Florida (near Orlando) • 8 charging stalls • Fees for Tesla owners: $0.40/kWh ($0.20/kWh off-peak) • Fees for all other EVs: $0.56/kWh ($0.28/kWh off-peak) This is now the fourth 500kW capable V4 Tesla Supercharger that's live in the U.S. Link to station: tesla.com/findus?bounds=…

NEWS: NASA is planning a bigger @SpaceX Moon mission role using Starship, in a massive blow to Boeing. With the new proposal, Boeing's SLS would no longer be used to boost Orion close to the moon. Instead, Starship and Orion would dock in Earth orbit, giving Starship the pivotal role of propelling the capsule to the moon’s orbit, before taking astronauts down to the surface. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
