Over 118,000 young people across the UK approached their council last year because they were facing homelessness. Add your name to make sure No Young Person is Left Out from the support they deserve: campaign.centrepoint.org/page/165406/pe…

Good Start ! Two excellent tier 2 ministerial appointments in Patrick Vallance and James Timpson. Rehabilitation of offenders such an important subject that never gets mentioned - this guy has made a career of it, so really could make a difference given adequate support.

@Kevin_Hickson @richardmarcj NK was so keen to look 'Prime Ministerial'(presidential) that he handed John Major the opportunity to position as the underdog, after 13 years in Government, which he brilliantly took with his soap box

@richardmarcj Do you think Neil would have won in 92 if he had been more ‘authentic’?

This point about Starmer really reminds me of Barbara Castle's criticism on Neil Kinnock's image managers: '[They] made him look like a bank clerk, who wouldn't...make an impromptu speech. He wasn't breathing the oxygen he so desperately needed'

Particularly interested by the sense that some of his friends have, that "their Keir", left wing and passionate, is being warped and hemmed in by the "miserable sods" around him

@openhouselondon Yes! It's stunning! I think I may have also seen it in at least one TV show (or maybe that was my imagination).

Have you been inside Two Temple Place? Designed by John Loughborough Pearson, this Neo Gothic landmark on London's Victoria Embankment is one of the many extraordinary buildings to have featured in the annual Open House Festival 🏡🗝️

It is 1970, you're on a glamorous date in the BT Tower restaurant. There's a cocktail menu. What would you like to drink?

@LBFlyawayhome I'm afraid that for me it was more a case of what I hoped wouldn't be on the menu - we were forced to eat rice pudding, which I have never been able to face ever since.
