I actually like Powell more than Herro when you consider not giving up picks and dealing with an extension.
Maybe 3/$75 but with partial guarantees or year 3 non guaranteed. A structure similar to Duncan would be great.
Lower ceiling but still an improvement.

Looks like per @TheSteinLine and @JakeLFischer another player that’s very much in play for the Pistons is Norman Powell.

BREAKING: Micah Nori has agreed to become the head coach of the Portland Trail Blazers, sources tell @TheAthletic. Nori was lead assistant of the Minnesota Timberwolves for the past five years. Nori, 52, signed a one-year deal with team options for each of the next two seasons.

The big takeaway here is that both the Bulls and Nets just spent their way out of a max offer to Austin Reaves.
Now, Detroit can get to max space for Reaves if they really want to, but this probably eases some pressure on the Lakers to go ALL the way up to the max.

Going to be interesting to see how this develops. Clearly the Pistons have some interest in Herro and the Bucks likely have little interest in keeping him
