This video covers a critical pre-trial hearing for Tyler Robinson, (the accused Charlie Kirk assassin). The primary focus of this session in the Fourth District Court was the defense's motion to exclude cameras from the courtroom, based on arguments that media coverage is potentially prejudicial. The defense called a witness to testify regarding the nature of media coverage and its impact on the potential jury pool. The expert conducted a survey indicating a 99% recognition rate within the community. Much of the discussion centered on how third-party media outlets often use courtroom footage to create sensationalized content, such as analysis from body language experts, rather than providing neutral reports on procedural updates.

What unfolded in today’s Tyler Robinson hearing was not a revelation of innocence, nor a collapse of the state’s case—it was something far more telling: a procedural chess match that exposed exactly where both sides truly stand. The defense stepped into that courtroom not to dismantle evidence, but to delay confronting it. Their argument was simple on its face—claiming they are not prepared for the upcoming preliminary hearing due to incomplete forensic disclosures, specifically pending FBI and ATF DNA analysis. But beneath that surface-level reasoning lies a more strategic reality: when your position is strong, you accelerate; when it is fragile, you decelerate. Today, the defense asked for time—not days, but months. That is not the posture of a team eager to test the strength of the prosecution’s case in open court. The prosecution, on the other hand, made their position unmistakably clear. They asserted that the threshold required for a preliminary hearing—probable cause—has already been met, and then some. They pointed to a convergence of evidence: physical items such as the rifle and shell casings, surveillance material, and perhaps most damningly, multiple alleged confessions attributed to Robinson. Their argument was not speculative, emotional, or abstract. It was grounded in the legal standard that governs this phase of the process. In essence, they told the court: we don’t need everything to move forward—we already have enough. Layered on top of this was a secondary battle that, while procedural in nature, speaks volumes about the stakes of this case: the fight over cameras in the courtroom. The defense argued that media coverage is contaminating the jury pool, citing sensationalism and interpretation-driven narratives. The prosecution and media countered with the principle of transparency, emphasizing that public access serves as a safeguard against misinformation. This is not merely a debate about cameras—it is a recognition that this case is being litigated in two arenas simultaneously: the courtroom and the court of public opinion. And then there is the judge, who—critically—did not rule today. No delay was granted, no cameras were banned. Instead, the decision was reserved. That silence is not indecision; it is deliberation. And it sets the stage for what comes next. So what did we actually learn? We learned that the state is confident enough in its evidence to proceed immediately. We learned that the defense is not yet willing—or able—to engage that evidence under the current timeline. And we learned that this case is not slowing down because the facts are unclear, but because one side is asking for more time to confront them. Meanwhile, back in reality, nothing about today exonerates Tyler Robinson. Nothing about today weakens the prosecution’s claim of probable cause. What today did—clearly and unequivocally—was reveal the strategic posture of both sides. One is ready to move forward. The other is asking for time to catch up.

BREAKING NEWS🚨 Tyler Robinson's defense team has just explosively revealed that neither the ATF nor the FBI will hand over their DNA analysis files for the case despite multiple requests. Defense team: “We know these data files exist because we have summary ATF and FBI reports summarizing the analysis which go back to September… so why hasn't the FBI turned over this data yet? Why hasn't the ATF communicated why it has not?"

Yes and the bomb dogs couldn't find the freshly fired weapon. What about George Zinn initially confessed to the assassination later to be released? He was also involved in 9/11 and the Boston bombing. 2 seconds after Charlie was shot his employee used the chair he was shot in to take the SD card out, which is a crime. Total normal response. Its impossible for dogs to miss a gun that was just fired. Its a fact. People are asking questions because they have lied and changed details several times. Im sure you think JFK was killed by a lone wolf shooter too. His security team wasn't watching rooftops after the attempt on President Trump? Too many inconsistencies and lies.

🚨EXCLUSIVE: Why Is TPUSA Sending Me LEGAL "Cease and Desist" Letters— They Are Back To Trying To Threaten Lawfare To SILENCE Jounalist ⚖️🚫 They can’t answer the questions, so they’ve sent the lawyers. I just received a formal Cease and Desist from SouthBank Legal on behalf of Erika Kirk and TPUSA, demanding I delete my posts and apologize for "defamation." My response is simple: I am not backing down. The Facts: The Retraction: Regarding the DOJ recording—I have already issued a public correction and apology. At the time of posting, I fully believed the information to be accurate. There was ZERO malice, and under the Actual Malice Standard (New York Times Co. v. Sullivan), a journalist is protected if they believe the info was true at the time and correct the record once the error is found. Protected Opinion: Every other post they take issue with is my protected opinion and editorial theory. In America, you cannot sue someone for having an opinion you don't like. The Preservation Trap: Their own letter demands I "preserve all evidence" to prevent the "spoliation of evidence." I CANNOT delete my posts even if I wanted to—they are now part of the official legal record. The Gift of Discovery: If TPUSA wants to take me to court, bring it. I welcome the Discovery process. It will finally give me the legal power to subpoena the documents and answers Erika Kirk has been hiding from the public. To Erika and TPUSA: Thank you for the direct line of communication. I will be using the contact info provided by your counsel to ask the "legitimate questions" you claim you want to answer. The truth doesn't need a lawyer. Only lies do. 🗣️🇺🇸

⚠️⚠️CORRECTION: I would like to issue a correction regarding my previous post where I claimed the audio featured Erika Kirk. Upon further verification, the individual in the recording is actually Haley Robson, as detailed in the Palm Beach Police Department's probable cause affidavit related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Here you can find the documents tht PROVE this: dn790006.ca.archive.org/0/items/Jeffre… I apologize for the misinformation and any confusion this may have caused. Accuracy is important, and I am committed to upholding it in future posts. Thank you for your understanding.
