Also, your husband was not a US citizen when this allegedly happened… George became a US citizen on March 22, 2025. So how was he allegedly in possession of a firearm and carrying one at the time of his alleged arrest for DUI on 8/10/2023 if he wasn’t a US citizen? Did he disclose this on his citizenship application? He would have had to report this alleged crime to the US Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Otherwise, it’s grounds for denaturalization and deportation. You could not be more wrong. Example: you need 12 points on a finger print in order to have a conclusive match. The report is stating; the weapon was fired and was operable. ATF used their bullet and shot a round into water to get the finger print of the weapon. The report states it's inconclusive. Which means it doesn't meet all the markers to determine if the bullet came from the subject rifle. And why are you discussing this. You are under a gag order.

The ATF analysis of the bullet used to kill Charlie has been made public, and confirms that the bullet was from the .30 caliber class, of which the .30-06 is a member. The analysis also found that the Mauser 98 rifle found at the scene could potentially have fired the bullet.
