I'm pretty sure my house wouldn't have many problems other than siding / glass / doors.
Then again I have no basement and my walls are 6" thick reinforced concrete. My roof structure is made of steel. I also don't present such a massive sail to catch wind and create resistance like a 10 story building.

@Slatzism It’s generally not hot here for very long. A couple of weeks maybe. Hardly worth getting AC for that. Also if your house is well insulated there won’t be much difference in temperature. You mainly feel the temperature outside.
