Thanks to Nashville’s TSA workers for continuing to work without pay. Zero wait at all this morning at BNA. I travel all over the country and @Fly_Nashville is one of the best staffed airports in the country. Rarely any security waits, friendly staff. (Great media taste too!)

High bar squats today 💪

I have only ever done low bar back squats, so putting the bar in the high position up on my traps was … interesting.
The lift felt completely different than I’m used to and I felt like I was squatting blind. All the small cues in my peripheral vision were either moved or missing. Certainly I’ll get used to it, but what a session.
Interestingly, my bottom position looks very close to my low bar squat, even though it “felt” much more vertical. What a difference an inch or two makes!

@wogrodnick @MyGolfSpy Yes. q4id LS. Great driver. Much more consistent. Also upgraded my shaft so that’s at play as well, but even the crappy stock shaft it was more accurate. Previous driver was about 6 years old. Bought it 2 years ago at a discount because of the cycle of releases.

The new driver coming out isn’t really for them, it’s for the person next up in the cycle.

I know the TV ratings aren’t what they should be, but I’m convinced LIV Golf has become a far superior product to the PGA Tour. From the crowds, atmosphere, energy and emotion to the TV broadcast and how press conferences are handled; it’s just better.

If you're thinking about healthcare spending in the US, one fact worth noting About 9% of healthcare spending goes to physician compensation Another 9% goes to nurses Yes, doctors and nurses get paid more in the US than they do in other countries and yes, a small proportion of physicians really do get paid a lot But I've never thought we're going to solve our healthcare spending by going after physician and nursing salaries Not enough there -- and slashing physician or nursing compensation would be a great way to demoralize the core of the US healthcare workforce
