Contacted support multiple times. Only received £6.29 on an £18 meal. Had to spend £45 on replacement food for my guests. Specialist team reviewed and still closed it with no refund. Food was not safe and someone got ill. @UberEats this needs resolving immediately.

@Uber_Support@Uber_Support I had an issue where the app didn’t allow me to update my delivery address before pickup and support couldn’t fix it. I had to drive 5 miles to collect my order. In-app support refused any compensation. Can someone review this?

@UberEats this is how my order arrived, the driver canceled the order and went back with the food, I still haven't received my refund. I tried reaching out to support but nothing is happening. I need my money back
