@AMandoSch Curious, why PA when you’re in CA. Also, depending on area, &5k per acre, with or w/o structures is a good thermometer.

@AMandoSch A couple of months doesn’t seem crazy for a busy solo practitioner. Trying to get my head around different barriers/learning curve to test ROI for time for solo/small firms with limited bandwidth/resources.

The best legal AI I have found is called Law Y and it's part of the Wealth Counsel/LEAP platform.
It actually provides a ton of tips and real life insight. I have been very, very impressed.

Everyone is hyped about Claude... but barely anyone knows how to actually use it to make real money.
I used it to write a 90-page eBook. It now makes me $3,000 per month.
I’ve put 5+ hours of video breaking down my exact system and prompts that turn Claude into a full-blown eBook writing machine.

Objectively true in my experience. The single year that all 4 of my kids attended the same school building compared to other options (homeschool, cyber, in person performing arts charter 2 hrs away) was far more stressful (logistically, financially, socially, educationally) than any other time in their upbringing all around. Time (wasted) is a big part of that.

@wander_wealth No matter how much content you make in whatever form (written, audio, video) that answers the exact question, people want to be handheld through the process or told(handed) the answer. It’s a predicament when you truly want to add value and educate but peeps don’t try .
