@UswitchUK why did my girlfriend get my home insurance quote emails, when I’ve never input her details for the quote or even on your website at all? It’s a bit scary you’re sending quote details to random email address without asking?

@British_Airways I am a member of a household, and I have listed myself as a travel companion of my own household, and neither work when I try to input my details when I'm not the cardholder of the card that's paying for the flight I'm trying to book... this is beyond infuriating

@YouFoundDan09 @virginmedia I love complaining at incompetent companies! It’s a great pass time. 🤣
English

@virginmedia Sure, but why should I have to pay extra money just to use the service I’m paying for?
And why was I shouted at on the phone and told to “just cancel your contract then”? Rather then virgin actually trying to look after their customers and sort it out…?

@CustomNameee Thanks for coming back to me. I am sorry you're having WiFi issues. Depending on the bundle you're on, there is a cost for adding WiFi Max of £8 👉 virginmedia.com/wifi-max ^John

@virginmedia just to be able to use the service I’m already subscribed to, on a contract? I’m with BT at my other property and they provide boosters when there isn’t full coverage… free of charge! I’ve been with Virgin for 3 months, and at this rate I cannot wait to switch to BT.
English

@virginmedia Your router isn’t covering the entire house (which it realistically should, as it’s not a particularly large house) - and consequently you’re wanting me to pay £8/mo for boosters just to be able to use the service I’m already paying for?
Why should I have to fit the bill (1/2)
