I sincerely thank you for your thoughtful response. I will admit, it's a rarity to actually get a response when asking questions about people's claims. So for that, I thank you. So you are aware, I absolutely did what you recommended. After I saw your message, I sat down and submitted 7 FOIA requests to DoW (processes AARO related records) and to ODNI (processes ICIG related records) on various angles of all this digging in numerous ways. They will likely combine them when processing, but I tried to break them up by complexity, wherein some cases will yield results easier than others, at least, that was the intent. They will likely aggregate them, though, but I will fight those battles. You have my word that I will pursue to the best of my ability any supporting evidence to your claims and post 100% of what I receive. May I ask one final question, should they argue Privacy Act exemptions: I am not interested in any of your personal information within any of these records, but, they may try to cover up EVERYTHING arguing privacy exemptions since this is your PERSONAL testimony. Should they do that, and it comes up with a legal path to do so, would you sign a privacy act waiver in order to bypass those exemptions and release the information that does not cross into national security exemption territory (nothing we do can thwart that). It's simple and straight forward, but it would need your permission. I'd pay any fees, including to get your signature notarized, if it is needed. Would you be interested in doing that?
