Been experimenting with porting ultracode’s dynamic workflows into @HermesOScloud. Early results have been surprisingly good. One thing that’s stood out is how well DeepSeek Flash handles large contexts. I’ve been testing against codebases around 800k LOC and documents over 600k characters without the quality falling off a cliff. Still a lot of work to do, but the goal is to push Flash closer to 70-80% of Opus-level performance at a fraction of the cost. If we get there, it’ll unlock some very interesting workflows (pun intended).

Workflows are the biggest upgrade to Claude Code’s capabilities since skills and subagents. I dove deep into it with @sidbid to figure out best practices, examples and more.  I’m particularly excited about the non-technical tasks it enables for Claude Code.
